Compulsorily deduct rupees from employees' salary and deposit into the fund
(1) Every office shall deduct the fund amount from the employee's monthly salary at the prescribed rate and add the amount of the prescribed percentage to the fund. (2) Fund The deduction amount will be deducted compulsorily. It is not necessary to take the approval of the concerned employee for that. (3) The deduction of the employee's fund and the amount added to it will be according to the rules of the office that pays his salary. (4) If an employee is suspended, his fund will not be deducted during the period of suspension. However, if the suspension of the employee is lifted without the charges being proven, a proportional amount will be deducted from the salary for the period of suspension and the additional amount will be added to it and deposited in a lump sum fund. ) Funds will not be deducted in the case of unpaid. (b) In the case of half salary, fifty percent of the fund will be deducted at the rate specified in sub-section (1). It shall be filed in the office designated by the fund within the period specified by the fund along with the details including the additional amount. (7) This Act shall not be deemed to prevent the filing of other amounts in the fund by the office in addition to the additional amount given in accordance with subsection (1) in the name of the employee.
